Kansas State University

Kansas State University ranks as one of the nation’s “cutting-edge schools,” according to a guidebook that pinpoints today’s hottest majors and the innovative colleges that offer them. Wichita state University

As Kansas' only urban-serving state university, WSU can offer things the others can't. By combining a traditional college atmosphere with the endless possibilities of the state's biggest city, Wichita State is the only school in Kansas that can provide an educational experience that goes beyond the limits of a typical college town. Bottom line — because we're in Wichita, Kansas, Wichita State students have advantages other students don't.

Emporia State University

Emporia State University was established in 1863 as the state’s first school for training teachers. Since its founding, ESU has improved the lives of students from Kansas, throughout the U.S., and around the world. This semester, the student body comes from 100 Kansas counties, 45 States, and 55 countries. ESU’s alumni base of more than 38,000 individuals lives in all 50 states and more than 70 countries.

Fort Hays Sate University

Fort Hays State University is a liberal arts, state-assisted institution in western Kansas with an enrollment of approximately 10,000 students. It has four colleges — Arts and Sciences, Education and Technology, Business and Leadership, and Health and Life Sciences — and a Graduate School. It also has a Virtual College that delivers courses electronically throughout Kansas and beyond.

Pittsburg State University

Midwest values and hospitality are found on this campus of 7,000 students where the student to faculty ratio is 18-to-1. At Pittsburg State University, students can choose from over 100 academic programs distributed among the colleges of Arts and Sciences, Business, Education, and Technology. Pittsburg State students enjoy small class sizes, challenging courses, a caring faculty, and modern classrooms.

University of Kansas Medical Center

The University of Kansas Medical Center is a campus of the University of Kansas and offers educational programs through its Schools of Allied Health, Medicine, Nursing, and Graduate Studies. The campus is comprised of academic units operating alongside The University of Kansas Hospital.

Johnson County Community College

With more than 34,000 students enrolled in credit and continuing education classes each semester, Johnson County Community College is the state's third largest institution of higher education and the largest of its 19 community colleges.

Washburn University

Located on a 160-acre campus in the center of Topeka, the capital of Kansas, Washburn University provides broadly-based liberal arts and professional education. Accomplished faculty, small class sizes and state of the art technology provide more than 200 programs leading to certification, associate, bachelor, master’s and juris doctor degrees through the College of Arts and Sciences and the schools of Applied Studies, Business, Law and Nursing.

Kansas Board of Regents/Kan-ed

Kan-ed is a program created by the Kansas Legislature and administered through the Kansas Board of Regents. The purpose of the program is to expand the collaboration capabilities of Kan-ed's member institutions, specifically K-12 schools, higher education, libraries and hospitals.
