The Applications Support Technician provides technical support for interactive distance learning and videoconferencing services. Responsibilities include daily operation and management of the Renovo Scheduler, Polycom and Codian Multipoint Control Units (MCUs) and setup and deployment of interactive video class sessions. Also includes providing end-user support for Marratech desktop videoconferencing and Helix streaming media services.

Network Administrator
The Network Administrator is part of a team that is responsible for installation, configuration and maintenance of wide-area and local-area networks and associated support mechanisms, including support systems administration. Network Administrators are occasionally called upon to assist member sites with troubleshooting, operation and maintenance of networks in a consulting role.

Network Engineer
Network Engineers are responsible for architecture, design, implementation and maintenance of wide and local area networks and associated support mechanisms. Network Engineers are the primary staff involved in network design/engineering as well as backbone, AS boundary, or network architecture related issues or problems, and the third tier for general network problem resolution. Network Engineers may also manage networking projects and direct and/or act as an information resource to Network Administrators and others.
