Spring Reps' Conference
The KanREN Spring Reps' Conference is held each April. The annual conference is an event that allows us to bring the latest and greatest technological advances to you. Our schedule for this year is still being decided so if there are any items that you would like to see on our program for this year please email suggestions@kanren.net and we will do our best to bring the information to you.

Annual Meeting
Each year every KanREN, Inc. member has the opportunity to voice their opinion on items of importance such as: rates, budgets, and services. Members also get to vote on board members who will represent them throughout the year. Each institution has one vote no matter their size. It is very important to us that our members attend the annual meeting and tell us what they want to see in the future. Each year the annual meeting are held on the second Monday in April.

Special Membership Meetings
Occasionally there is a need to hold a previously unscheduled membership meeting. Notifications of these meetings will be sent via mail and email to site representatives and those registered to the KanREN reps and techreps email lists. Be sure and visit our email lists and register if you haven't already done so.
Board Meetings
The KanREN board is appointed by the members of the consortia and serve two year terms. All user communities are represented in the make-up of the Board. For more information please see the Board Page.
Training
KanREN is devoted to providing its members with training in a variety of areas by holding periodic sessions on current technology. See the Training Page for more information.
