Annual Meeting 2009

It's that time of year again! Time to take stock and plan for the next year of business at the KanREN Annual Meeting. This year's meeting will be held at four sites simultaneously (see list below) on Wednesday, April 8, 2009. The meeting will begin at 1:00pm and we suggest attendees arrive at their location at least 10mins early.

We will be discussing KanREN's FY2009 budget and rates, membership fee model. As usual, we will provide technical and financial reports covering the last year. Also, several board member seats are up for re-election. There will be an update on KanREN's role in managing the Kan-ed Network Operations Center and more. Please keep in mind that this is the meeting where our members cast their votes on KanREN related issues, so it's very important that every member have representation and a single person designated as the "voter".

Pre-annual meeting informational Teleconference/Videoconference

We have scheduled a pre-annual meeting informal, informational meeting to answer questions and receive input regarding the new rates, budget and membership fee model. The idea is to have a chance to discuss important issues some members may have in advance of the annual meeting. Information is as follows:
