Annual Meeting 2010

Quorum Has Been Reached!

It's that time of year again! Time to take stock and plan for the next year of business at the KanREN Annual Meeting. This year's meeting will be held on Wednesday, April 7, 2010. The meeting will be held at four locations simultaneously (listed below). The meeting will begin promptly at 1:00 p.m., so we recommend attendees arrive at least 10 minutes early, as we do have to "check in" the voters.

We will be discussing KanREN's FY2010 budget and rates. As usual, we will provide technical and financial reports covering the last year. Also, several board member seats are up for re-election. There will be an update on KanREN's role in managing the Kan-ed Network Operations Center and more. Please keep in mind that this is the meeting where our members cast their votes on KanREN related issues, so it's very important that every member have representation and a single person designated as the "voter".
