We feared the worst after the first notice of a connection outage. After a lot of troubleshooting, the firewall was determined to be nothing more than a paperweight. As you all know, this is a device which replacement normally takes days — at best — if not weeks to get, and configuration usually doesn’t start until you have the device!
I called the KanREN NOC, and before I knew it, team members from KanREN were on the phone, trying to find a quick workaround to our problem. Within no time, we were back online with a temporary solution. We made an incredible rebound in just one day! Truth be told, if you would have told me that we would be back up and running in about half of a day from a total firewall failure, I would have never believed you.
Since then, we’ve worked with many of the staff at KanREN to work out the details of our connection, always with a quick response and desired results. All of those involved are awesome! Thank you for all you do and for working endlessly to make it happen!
